History - Born to a common born Mother, Iola's father was a Nobleman who was never named and if anyone did know who her father was they kept it to themselves. Her mother, a member of the Rogue, died when Iola was young and left the four year old to fend for herself. But the Rogue always looked after their own and Iola grew up to learn all there was to know about the Rogue.

Pick pocketing when she was younger, she grew up with the present King of the Rogue and soon blossomed into a beautiful young woman. Her beauty and seductive attitude made her a winner with men, common and noble born. It was not long after her 18th Birthday that she began to use those charms to earn her way in life and Iola has become one of most wanted prostitutes in the Rogue.

Appearance - Some say she looks like her mother, and that is all Iola has to go on since half of her heritage is unknown to her. Her wavy tresses, high cheekbones and full lips are all trademarks of her Mother's looks. But eyes the colour of dusty emeralds are only one part of her that are from a father she will never know. Unlike her mother who had hair that many said was woven gold, Iola's is that of the deepest dark browns and thick dark lashes surround her eyes. With skin the colour of olives, it does seem to look like the prostitute spends time in the sun, but in fact the 'tan' is the natural colour of her skin. Another gene inherited from her unknown father.

Personality - Although she is able to capture a man's attention easily with her appearance and pleasent to the eyes form, Iola is not cheap or loose. She has no shame in what she does but neither does she flaunt herself excessively unless it is needed. Her life as a Rogue and the earlier events in her life have led her to become quite cynical and pessimestic and Iola often laughs at the nobleman, especially since she sees the way they crave her. Only she is able to see their weaknesses and witness some of their secrets.

Talents - Like her mother, Iola has the ability to use her charms and body as a weapon and there are very few men that do not fall for them. Those that are stronger willed are often suprised by her intelligence and cunning, talents which are often over looked by those that want only her pleasure skills. They tend to treat her as merely a common wench, giving her the oppertunity to spy on the nobles in the Castle and give vauable information to the other Rogues.

Like most Rogues her skills of pick-pocketing, street fighting and other talents have been honed through out the years. She is not the best, but she is good enough to be recognised.

Weaknesses - Common born Iola has little skills in the art of being a woman, a wife or a mother. In the long term this may affect her and her profession certainly means that even some common men keep away from her. They fear she has caught a disease from the men she beds, but a charm keeps her safe and from getting with child.

Her lack of education means that although she is fairly intelligent and was taught how to read and write, her knowledge is not as full as that of a noble. Iola is also giftless; and she can only assume her father was also giftless. This does mean that she is at a disadvantage which although she has learnt to live with it, if often leaves her angry. Her anger also spreads to he father, who denied her from birth and this can make her reckless and blind.
