History: Glykeria was born in Ancient Greece, at a time when female babies were either murdered or sold to brothel owners. She was one of the later; sold to a brothel owner two days after her birth. Her parents were most likely a wealthy couple, her father a man who only wanted a male heir, but Glykeria never found out. She grew into a beautiful young woman, and at an age considered illegal in today's society, she was put to worth in the brothel. The men soon gave her the name 'Glykeria' meaning sweet. During that time Glykeria learnt to hate her body and her femininity and did many things she hated just to survive.

It was Sage that saved her. And to this day she still does not understand what he saw in her, why he saved her and gave her the choice of being a Tempest. Either way, she accepted and was changed into a Tempest. Once she could look after herself, she left him and headed for the brothel that had claimed her childhood. That was the beginning of her wrath. Glykeria travelled around for over a millenia before challenging the wrong people and fleeing to Sage for safety. There he cared for her wounds and tried to help her overcome her problems with her past. It took a long time, and during that period the soulmate connection revealed itself and the two became lovers.

Glykeria fell pregnant, and for a time there was joy in her life. After the birth of the twins she was unable to feel any connection to them, and someone tried to sexually assault her. That attempt was stopped by the death of the male Tempest who tried to and Glykeria ran again, leaving Sage and their daughters. Since, she has not returned and is content in ignoring the existence of the twins. Becoming Sage of the Sect of the Devil, she has devoted her life in defending women and has sired many women that have needed help. While she has kept in contact with other Tempests, she has sucessfully avoided Sage when visiting LA or Hawaii.

Appearance: Glykeria is in no doubt a stunning woman, but downplays her beauty and femininity. She does not like attention and due to her past, does her best not to provoke attention. Despite this, she likes to dress with an aura of power, of authority and confidence. She never looks weak or washed out, and looking her best has become a bit of an obsession for her. She has naturally pale skin, and dark hair and eyes which Glykeria uses to emphasise her 'in control' appearance. She is a very tall and slender woman, with a small bust and unlike most women she does nothing to try and change this.

Personality: In control and confident, deep down Glykeria is terrified and deeply troubled. Her change into a Tempest was liberating, and then years later she realised that nothing had changed. Even now, in a world where women have rights they are treated badly and domestic violence is extremely common. Glykeria realised that death was not the only way to punish a man, and torture was just too messy. Now, she helps women in trouble and defends them as best as she can. She digs up dirt on the men finds other ways to ruin their lives. While she realises not all women are saints, Glykeria does tend to ignore the possibilities that a woman could be in the wrong and can be quite naive in this aspect.

When it comes to relationships Glykeria is a mess. She does not avoid men completely, and has several liasons with men of all different species since abandoning Sage. None last more than one night though and the time between them varies in years, never any less. She does not rely on anyone for support unless they have proven themselves to her, and even then, it is usually more of a business partnership than a friendship. She is not one for sharing stories or small talk, and is quite cold most of the time.

Talents: As Sage of her Sect Glykeria has studied long and hard to become the best in Cardinal sins and Ju - jitsu. She can select from most of the Cardinal sins and is particularly powerful with wrath, pride and envy. Placing suggestions, images or emotions in people's minds is not a chore for her, and she has the power to overide quite strong minds if she takes the time and care to do so. When it comes to stronger minds, she has mastered subtly and tricking the mind rather than forcing a strange emotion. Her skill in Ju Jitsu is at its highest, and during her vengence at the beginning of her Tempest life, she trained with the samuaris of time and eventually reached the point where she could use the technique of kuatsu.

All the jobs she has had and everything she has ever learnt since her change have been to make her more powerful. She has never allowed herself to be in a sexual position like she was before, and all jobs have included power of some kind. Glykeria got herself educated as soon as women were able to be, and has taken various courses over the years. At the moment Glykeria is a detective that works primarily with domestic violence cases, sexual abuse and rape.
