History - Compared to other members of the Guard that Faye has known throughout her life, her life has been rather ordinary. She grew up in a happy family environment with both parents and a younger sister and while there were the obvious family arguments, there was nothing terrible. When she reached the age of 16 and came into one of her active powers, her father informed her about the Guard. Her training took the average time and Faye more than proved herself to be a capable member of the Guard, earning her wings easily.

Turning 18 she faced a tough choice. The college near by did not teach the course that she wanted to take and Faye did not want to abandon her post. Discussions amongst the Guard led to her being able to transfer to Louisiana and became a member of the Guard in Lady Devine's house. Now at the age of 22 she has become a trainer and has several sucessful apprentices.

Appearance - Faye has a fairly average appearance, her body shape neither thin or plump and she is 5ft 8 in height. Her skin has a slightly rosey complexion, her lips are red and full while her nose is slender. Long, straight hair the colour of onyx is the only part of her apperance that she considers to make her stand out from the crowd. It falls down to her mid-back and is suprisingly easy to manage, which is why she has a tendency to leave it loose. In comparison to her hair, her eyes have nothing exceptional about them. They are a dark hazel with a few green flecks that are hardly ever noticed. Faye has her ears pierced once, has not tattoos but does have several scars. Most are just small scrapes she has picked up from various training sessions and a few missions.

Personality - Warm-hearted Faye doesn't have a bad word to say about anyone. Her former apprentices always say that she was nice but firm, and has managed to perfect making her self heard without having to raise her voice. Extremely passionate and loyal, she will do everything in her power to help someone in need or to help a cause she feels strongly about. However, that doesn't mean she's implusive. She's realistic, rational and logical and always thinks things through thoroughly. Faye is also easy going and sisterly and is always taking care of people more than herself.

Talents - As a Trainer Faye is a seasoned teacher and is very skilled at helping people learn to use their active powers as well as teaching them how to fight. She knows various different ways of fighting, some parts of karate, some ju jitsu and at college she helps teach a self defense class for women. Being a great listen, she easily slips into the role of big sister and helps people emotionally when they first begin their training.

Her own active powers are empathy and astral projection. She is able to feel other people's emotions just as a Truthseeker is able to hear other people's thoughts. Of course people can shield her just as they can shield a truthseeker. Astral projection allows her to leave her body and materialise in another place. It is like having wings apart from her physical body does not have to leave the place it is.

At college Faye is studying history and theology. She is quite intelligent but doesn't make a big thing about it. On the side she has a love for studying specific historical rumours and new religions. While she cannot use magic she likes to study magic, spells and abilities, and uses it to help any new Apprentices she has. It is her dedication to learning things she doesn't necessarily need to know which makes her such a successful trainer. Her other hobbies include art and singing, although it these are not subjects she is taking at college, more of just a pastime.

Weaknesses - Faye often manages her time in comparsion to what others and The Guard need, resulting in little time for herself. Being the shoulder that everyone cries on means that she finds it very hard to find someone to talk to about her problems. People tend to view her as happy go lucky, and don't expect her to have problems or to be unhappy at times, both of which she covers up.

Her active powers can cause her problems too. Being an empath is helpful but if someone is extremely emotional it can affect her, knock her off balance and sometimes even cause her pain. The same thing can happen if people are not very good at shielding their emotions and she has been known to anger people by reading their emotions by accident. Astral projection is fine if she knows where she's going, as anyone with wings also needs to be able to do, but it leaves her body vunerable to attack when she astral projects.
