History: Eleasea’s mother was a servant in a household of a Lord, and was pregnant by one of the servants. Her mother was allowed to live, while her father was killed as punishment for disobeying the laws of the land. The Lord had no use for another child running around his household; he had his own heirs after all. In the end Eleasea was kept as a servant, and when she came of age the Lord would see what use she would be. Her mother was beautiful and was taken as bed slave by him. He had high hopes for Eleasea, and at the age of 14 she was given to another Lord as gift to buy his loyalty.

Her new Master was cruel even to his own wife Morgana, and her life of servitude continues, quickly turning into the same type of slavery as her mother. Slavery was not common in England at the time, and the treatment she recieved at the hands of the man was not even considers ’slavery’ at that point. It was normal, it was what peasant girls did to keep themselves alive, out of pain and with food and shelter.

Eleasea had been a member of her Lord’s household for a year before he finally wed Morgana, and during this time he did not treat her too badly due to the betrothal. When Morgana died, his treatment of her became worse and he took her to his bed full time and displayed her as a bauble to everyone.

Life continued that way for 5 years until she was approached in the village by a strange woman who took her, much to her suprise, to Morgana herself. Eleasea was not given a choice about becoming a vampire and was the first vampire Morgana sired. It was done out of her need to control and the thought of stealing his precious slave from her husband appealed to her. They did not fake Eleasea’s death as they did Morgana’s leaving the Lord to believe she had been stolen from him, and it drove him to political suicide in the end.

It took Eleasea some time to get used to the change, although she harboured no ill feelings towards Morgana for changing her without permission. She just took it in her stride, remaining her sire’s servant even when it was clear that she was a Master in her own right.

Appearance: Eleasea’s eyes are haunted, even when she has a smile on her face. She is not an unhappy woman, she has just seen a lot in her life from an early age. They are a startling pale blue, a cold colour that do not very often hold warmth. Her hair is the same pale brown as when she died aged 19, and cascades in curls and waves. It is untamable even with the modern world’s beauty products and she often wears it down long, knowing that Morgana likes it that way. Eleasea’s skin was pale even as a human, and as a vampire it looks simply stunning. When she has fed she looks glowing and healthy. Eleasea has no particular style, and tailors her clothes depending on what Morgana wants her to do.

Personality: Eleasea does enjoy her life, and while her life as a vampire did begin without her consent, she remains with Morgana out of choice. Without serving Morgana she is nothing and has nothing, and she does enjoy pleasing her sire. Their relationship on the outside seems a lot more about dominance than it really is, and Eleasea is more than just a personal assistant. She is her lover, her confident, her advisor and helps her sire in her humilation of men. Her role as an advisor is strictly private information, and most of the time she is just seen as a servant.

She has a firm belief in destiny, and truly believes that this was how her life was supposed to be. Her human life was pre-planned before she was born, and then Morgana planned her change. Every part of her life has been out of her control, and that is a big part of why she is happy to let someone else guide her life. Serving Morgana gives her purpose, and she is privaleged to a wonderful life in the London Kiss. Eleasea is very careful to keep up the illusion of her just being a lower vampire, and does not like to call attention to herself in politics. While Morgana can be high strung, she is the opposite and is the only one who can calm her sire down, even if that results in pain being inflicted on herself.

Talents: Remaining with Morgana out of choice, Eleasea is a Master vampire and has grown in power with age. Her animal to call is lions, which aids her sire with her entertainments and humilations. Her other vampire powers are channeled into two aspects; sensing vampires she has created and using an aura to inflict harm. Both are inherited from the Keeper’s line, and it seems that her mental abilities have been channeled into sensing her vampires, feeling them like background noise in her mind. This means she can find them, and feel them when they are in trouble.

Eleasea’s willingness to remain with Morgana as a servant takes a great deal of willpower, understanding and loyalty. Advising Morgana in private, she is her sire’s eyes and ears around other vampires whom tend to overlook her as merely a lower vampire. Only the Master of the City and the third know that Eleasea is actually a Master vampire, others may speculate but she never uses her powers in public unless there is an emergency. As well as calming her sire down, she is good at taking pain and making various arrangements for her sire. There is nothing that Eleasea has not arranged at one point and has gathered a large amount of knowledge about many things over the centuries.

Weaknesses: Those that do not know Eleasea well do tend to label her as exploited and weak, and if they knew she was also a Master Vampire they would say she was limiting her own progress. If anything was to happen to Morgana Eleasea’s life would fall apart, and she could only hope that another vampire would pick up where her sire left. In a case of an emergency Eleasea acts as a hidden bodyguard, prepared to use her own power of aura to protect her sire at all costs. Being so close to Morgana, if anyone did wish her sire ill harm, she would most likely be the one they would target first. Her closeness to Morgana also leaves her politically weak, and the only position she holds is as Morgana’s assistant. This is her entire identity, to the point where she even takes her sire’s surname.

Her belief in destiny does tend to mean that she does not stand up for herself or have a boundary for what people can or can’t do to her. She will take any means of cruelty without complaint. Most of her hobbies stem from the bedroom, and she only has two personal loves; reading and dancing. And even then, most of the time she is dancing for someone at Morgana’s wish and not for her own personal enjoyment.
