University Accomodation

These residences are supplied by the University. Most are located on the edge of the campus or within walking distance of the campus. First year students usually live in University Housing and then move to non-University accomodation with a group of friends for their 2nd year.

Each 'House' is usually a mixture of male and female students, but cohabiting is not allowed. Although partners stay over occasionally, they are not allowed to live together full time. Each House has a seperate bathroom for each gender. Some are self-catered, while others are catered. Self-catered have a fairly large kitchen on each floor, while catered accomodation only has one medium sized kitchen that can be used for making snacks.

Arling House [Catered]

Located in the north east of the campus, it is one of the oldest housing buildings. It is a plain brick building which offers 20 different rooms, each fully furnished. The rooms are too small for people to share, so each room is a single. This House tends to attract students that don't want to share or like some time alone.

Bracken House [Self-Catered]

Located across from the University, it is the closest housing to the University so it is very popular. The building is long with two floors and 40 rooms altogether. Single and double rooms are available.

Crawley House [Catered]

This House has the reputation for being the one that hosts the most parties, perhaps the resident's way of making up for the ugly building. It is a block of flats made of bricks that are an ugly faded shade of yellow. There are single rooms, double rooms and larger rooms for 3-4 people to share. It is the largest housing building supplied by the University, and is a five minute walk from the University.

Nelling House [Self-Catered]

This house is located to the west of the campus. It was an old teaching block that was renevated roughly 20 years ago after new classrooms were made. The building is quite plain, and the rooms are nicely firnished and comfortable. There are about 25 rooms, and all rooms are for sharing, the smallest for 2 people and the largest for 4 people to share.

Non-University Accomodation

These residences are not supplied by the University and are owned by private companies or land lords. Some are located a short walk from the University, while others require a bus ride. They are all self-catered.

Durron House

A block of flats located a bus ride away from the University, Durron House is owned by a private company. It is a bright modern building, and each outside wall is a different colour; red, blue, green, and yellow. The rooms are stylish, fully furnished with a built in kitchen and small bathroom. The rent is quite expensive, and there are single and double rooms available.

Ellen Apartments

About 10 minute walk from the University, students can choose to walk or catch a bus. Ellen Apartments are moderately priced and have just opened. The sizes of the apartments vary, with the smallest idea for 3 people sharing, and the largest for 5 people sharing. All rooms are fully furnished with a small bathroom, and small kitchen.

Species Accomodation

There are accomodations for each supernatural species; Hawthorn House for witches that belong to the Hawthorn Coven, Lawrence Housing for members of the wolf Clan, and Talis Flats for lion Clan. Since vampires do not have any formal group like the other species, they do not live at a particular residence. The witches and shapeshifters will all live together in these residences.

Hawthorn House

This house is a large Victorian house with three floors that the Hawthorn Coven rents from a vampire property owner. Each member of the Coven pays towards the rent, and they all live in the house. The house is in fact an old manor house and the two upper floors have been renovated to turn several small rooms into two large bedrooms. The girls share the two bedrooms on the first floor, and the boys take the two rooms on the second floor. There is a large bathroom complete with toliet, sink, shower and bath on the first and second floor. On the ground floor there is a smaller toliet and sink, as well as a beautiful large kitchen and a living room. There is a back garden, a small front garden and a drive way that can fit two cars. It is a 5 minute walk away from the University.

Lawrence Housing

Lawrence Housing is a company owned by one of the Dominants in the wolf Clan, Jacob Miller. He owns several different houses close to the University that are rented by any wolf shapeshifters that study or work at the University. These houses come in all different shapes and sizes and are shared by several wolves at a time. It's a short bus ride, or 10 minutes walk to the University.

Talis Flats

The Talis flats have belonged to the lion Clan for about 15 years, and are passed on to each new leader. It is located a short bus ride away from the University and is home to many lions, not just students/University employees. It is quite a small block of flats though, and is made of grey brick with a dark red stripe running down the middle of the building. It is not the only resident of the lion Clan, and rooms are usually given to submissives, young members, students or university employees. The flats are much nicer than the outside of the buildingand each flat is shared by 2-3 people. The flats are much larger than they appear and have their own bathroom and kitchen.

Employee Accomodation

This accomodation is for employees of the University. Shapeshifters and witches that are not students will live with their Clan or Coven.

Jamison Properties

A company owned by a witch that specialises in providing property for University employees. The properties vary in price, style, size, location and distance from the University. There is something to suit everyone, from the library clerk to the highest professors. There are flats, apartments, and houses.
